I found this site so I could call the front office, and after reading the last poster's nasty review (I abhor when people call other people "trashy"), I felt obligated to say my piece. My experience here has been pretty positive. I moved in a couple months ago. The lake was a big factor for my moving in, I always have parking, the other people that live here are extraordinarily friendly, and I did have a maintenance request that was taken care of right away.
I do have to say that I have had some issues with the A/C. But other than that, I am really happy with the place.
And to the lady who wrote the last review, these construction people are just doing their job. And this is Austin, you should Love the birdies! I think something else is bothering you besides those things. Peace & Love.
