HIGH Turnover, Prices not worth so-called renovations.

I've lived here almost 4 years now and can't wait to move out. It was a great place to live until the complex was sold. Now all the apartments are being "renovated" and honestly its not worth the extra 100 bucks they want in rent. Slap on new faux granite counters, new cabinets, and some paint and viola...PAY UP. Every time I go into the office there is someone I have never seen before. Maintenance is a complete joke. You'll have to contact them relentlessly to get something fixed the way it should be fixed. Parking is nonexistent after 8pm, unless you live in the back of the complex. I'm not sure who's idea it was to have one trash compactor for 16 blgs. It's the nastiest thing you'll ever see on the weekends. And forget about dumping your trash after 7pm...the raccoons will be there to greet you everyday. (The new lame little light posted there didn't scare them away). Don't let the lake and newly remodeled front office fool you. They are better complexes and deals in the arboretum area. Keep looking...you'll be glad you did.

People keep saying that there are better deals, in the area, but none have been suggested to back this up. How are the reviews on the other apartements.
