To those that already have a bad taste in your mouths, I am sure that you will still have a comment on this.

But.....there is now a Valet Waste service at the apartments. If you leave your trash outside (25lbs or less) and tied up, the service will come by and pick up your trash for you.

This will eliminate going out and hanging with the little bandit faced guys outside.

It seems that EQL is working on helping in this area. And NO, I do not work there. Just stating a fact.

I have lived at EQL since december. I have found the staff here constant..no new faces since I arrived. They are professional, friendly and very helpful. In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was prepared for my arrival. I find the trash removal conveneince is worth the extra $22 per month. I believe I would tip someone $1 a day to do this for me anyway. I logged a maintenance call online and had a prompt response. The grounds are well kept and the facilities and office are great. I have used the business centre which even has free gift wrap! The gym equipment is all in good working order. And the reception has free coffee anytime you want with a comfortable environment to enjoy it in. They also arrange social get togethers at least once a month for the residents. It is very conveniently situated close to many shops and restaurants. And its only about a 15 minute drive to down town austin. I love living at EQL, just a pity one can't buy an apartment here. Leasing will have to suffice.

lynnenisha's comments aren't accurate. It's been 7 months since I initially submitted a service request, still not fixed, I've resubmitted the request several times during the 7 months and still no one has fixed the problem. As for other work orders it was months before someone came to repair the problem.
