DISGUSTING, UNSAFE and UNSANITARY. . . what are they doing with our trash fee'

All residents are required to buy a monthly Valet Trash Service. This is in addition to any rent that is advertised. The residents are sold on this "required" fee by being told it keeps the trash compactor area clean. Negative.
Take a look for yourself. I and other residents have requested this be taken care of numerous times. What exactly is the problem here' Can the management not have maintenance stay on top of this' I'd like a refund on my Valet Services! Nasty.

I've looked myself when seeing the ad for Riata Trace. But, is it worth giving up a little more money, in comparison car break ins and apartment break ins? Have you all read the reviews on Riata Trace? To each his/her own. What I don't get is that why my rent didn't go up (except for the additional $25 trash fee), but others did.

finally!! someone has posted a picture of the nastinesss that is the trash "compactor". by the looks of it the valet trash service is really working. and maintenance STILL doesn't tend to the trash. YUCK! so glad i moved away from this joint.
