Office Staff:

(user photo) UNSAFE. There were about a million black flies swarming around. Had to clomp through nasty, putrid trash water to get close enough to get to the pile OUTSIDE the compactor. Really??!!

the staff are friendly, helpful, available and professional.
Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly.
the grounds and offices are well kept and pleasant.
The management arrange social events at least once a month.
The new trash removal service is very convenient
The layout of the apartments is comfortable
the proximity to shops and restaurants is great.
Although I have my own garage, I see many open parking places when I drive in.
