The experience with the sales executive was second to none at this property. I have scanned the area for multiple locations. The sales person at Falconhead truly qualified me by asking what I needed in a dwelling. How I live, what I want to do with the space. My needs and wants in a dwelling and my basic lifestyle. As I shared the information that was requested I did not feel like I was being sold but rather being interviewed by a life consultant who actually cared about my living needs. The sales consultant then came up with 4 posible options that could posibly meet my need. After a short discusion of thses options we narrowed it down to 2 options. We then toured the dwelling and it was all new and very high quality comfortable living space. After touring both the consultant made a recommendation based on all of my comments and feed back. I respected the reccommendation based on the fact that I was treated the way I would want to be treated. The location exceeded my expectaion as it over looked a famous hole at the Falconhead golf course. Basically I got made a decission on the location which was stella. I had a million dollar view for $1000 approx. per month as if I bought a condo on a golf cource. Once I was sold on it the consultant then told/showed me the ammenities more than I could imagine, movies, giftwrap, postal center with fedex, bikes, wireless internet in community areas, and a full office center with computer, fax, printer, web and more. The is the best apartment facility I have seen in the area. But the experience is what sold me. This consultant should be training the and or, managing other consultants. This obviously reflects the property managers leadership. At other proprties that I was considering the experience was the opposite as I was given a list of features and a tour. Treated like a number and not like a person. I have been through some difficult times recently and was discourage at some of the other properties in the area. The Falconhead team made me feel like they really cared, this is a rare quality these days, I give them a five plus rating.

As it turned out I had a change in my location situation and did not sign a lease. If I did not have the change I would of signed on.
