Parking Is A Major Headache

If you are renting in the city, you may expect to have a problem finding a parking space. But when way out in the burbs, you expect apartment complexes to have enough spaces for tenants. The problem here is that there are too many teenagers with cars. A 3-bedroom apartment may have 3 or 4 cars! Add in the fact that a lot of 1-bedrooms are rented by working couples with 2 cars. Throw in the after-school-drop-overs by teenage friends with their cars. The sum is a major problem. Most other nice complexes have assigned, often covered, parking for each apartment with "extra" cars forced to park in guest parking areas. But not here! Parking is the number one reason that I'm leaving and will never recommend this place to anyone. The second reason is the noise due to the thin walls (most newer complexes have much better sound insulation than here) and the rowdy, drunk, drugged-out partying teens that the management does nothing to control!
