For the price you pay you would think you could get better service.
The woman leaseing agent I delt with was a tatto riddeled freak, I think her name was Kate or Katie, a total disaster.

I've been a resident here for three years and never have seen such a disaster. If you like to live around a backed up trash compactor, a broken hot tub, and a dirty pool then Falconhead is for you! The management clearly knows how to run a complex into the ground and they do it well. Everyone I've spoken with are very unpleased with the direction this place has taken over the past 9 months. The social gatherings that once existed are no more, and we all know the spa will never be completely fixed. Good luck!
