I've been a loyal resident here for three years and never have seen such a disaster.
I've spoken with many residents who are also very unpleased with the direction this place has taken over the past 9 months.
All organized social activities provided by original members of management have been immediately terminated by new management.
That gives residents a taste of the destructive attitudes they will be dealing with.
If you enjoy living around a constantly backed up trash compactor, a constantly broken hot tub, and a constantly dirty pool area providing broken chairs, then Falconhead is just for you! This new management clearly knows how to run a complex into the ground and they do it very well! In my theory, a spa is the backbone to an apartment complex and it's success.
It's amazing how the spa worked 90% of the time preceding new management, and now it's broken 90% of the time.

My goodness! You pay over $1000.00 in rent. You get lousy service and can not use the stuff that drew you there in the first place. Some people are just so picky huh.
