So far in the time I have lived here I have seen three managers.
I moved into this mess in 2005! Most of the staff in the office is completly incompitant.
If you want anything done go to the guy that sits in the first office.
I think he is the assistant manager.
They have one staff member who talks nothing but trash about the residents.
I think he leases the place.
Sit in the business center one day and listen.
You would be amased! Do not get me started on this new manager.
When, she is there all you get is attiude.
Speaking on behave of the people that live here.
SORRY we bothered you lady! Maintenance is ok.
They say hi and come and fix any thing I ask for.
Nice guys.
For the money I pay I do not think the attiude that you get or the trash talk is worth it.
I signed my last renewal because of the service I got from just the one person.
I got to tell ya though.
I don't think I will sign the new one.

I disagree! I find that the guy in the front office can be a little abrasive, but the manager has been very helpful on several occasions. At least she doesn't hide behind her staff like the former manager.

I also diagree, The new Manager is always friendly and has always treated me with respect. Your comments makes me wonder what you did or said to her that turned you off so much. As fo rthe trash talking I have never heard any from them.

I have to agree with you about the last manager, she was a bit off the beam. I am not saying the new manager is that way by any means. It was my experiance that I am talking about. I just don't feel I should have been talked to like a child or dismissed like one. As for the trash talk, I guess it must have been my lucky day. Keep your ears open I will bet that you will hear it sooner or later. I don't think it was a one time deal.
