A little extra From: thunderboltross Date posted: 10/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My girlfriend and I have lived in several apartment communities and this one is easily among the top three. It is the little extras that has really won this place over for me. 1) Maintance works on Saturday. I have lived at so many apartment communities that offer weekend service for "emergencies only." But this place offers service on Saturday! Our disposal was clogged and we had a guy come by this morning and take care of it! Now that rocks. Plus he was friendly and knowledgable. 2) Breakfast for residents. Twice now the office staff has been up early on both a weekday and weekend making/serving breakfast to the tenents. A few weeks back they were all outside in their PJ's giving away breakfast as we left for work and last weekend the entire staff was in the kitchen cooking up breakfast tacos for all the residents. Again, that rocks! And they sent a calendar to our door with a list of things they are doing for all the tenents this month. Now I will admit that parking is a pain in the @$$ but other than that things are really good here. The staff is always friendly when I'm in the office and the maintence guys always wave as we drive by. We are definatly enjoying our stay here.
