I've been here for over a year. Although some of the complaints are true, a lot of it is exaggerated. Come on! The water has NOT been off four times in one week. It was off probably twice this week. I'm sure they don't do this to us on purpose because every time I have a problem that requires maintenance(or any issue for that matter), they are always prompt. The water issue sucks, big-time, but because of their friendly and professional staff, I am confident that they will resolve this issue as soon as possible. When they water goes out, there is always someone outside working on the pipes right away.

The neighborhood is fairly peaceful and serene. They always have Holiday activities at the office and even offer a free month rent if you win a Holiday contest. Who else DOES that' :-) The location and price can't be beat. It's not perfect, but great!

If you weren't so trollish and crazy, I wouldn't have a problem giving you my APT. # For you to ask me to reveal my APT # on a public website such as this, is absolutely insane in the membrane. dry summer, wet fall = problems with pumbing. i understand it happens. but it think the thing to consider here is that they dont get it fixed in a timely manner, nor do they offer us any resolution or solution for the problem in the mean time. you do not expect me to believe that it takes two days for them to get pipes in. we are in austin texas, not podunk small town usa. WE have resources that other cities do not have and san antonio is only an hour away. BUT it is not the city who they have been calling to come out and fix it this last year. it has been some small company with young guys twittering their thumbs and smoking cigarettes the majority of the time. And here we are 4rth day this week the Water is still out. I called yesterday afternoonish and they said they had it fixed but it blew the valve and the patch SO it was effed up again. Then I called this AM and they said they have to replace the pressure valve. And the part apparently has to come in from dallas and so whatever time the part finally gets here will determine whether they can start working on it today or if it will have to wait until tomorrow. Im so angry. and i do believe i have every right to be. i used to love living here but this past yr has been more than pitiful concerning their untimely response to these issues. and so i believe i have every right to be angry and to let others know what is going on so they do not make a mistake by signing here. with this place going thru bankruptcy court who knows where it is headed. i asked someone in mgmt YESTERDAY who corporate is these days, like who owns the apt complex and he straight up said "he had no idea. they are going thru bankruptcy court and people are trying to buy them, but i dont even know ". well all be, they sure do cash those checks, but yet you can't tell me where that money is going to or who owns them'''!!! this is the biggest dog and pony show i have seen in a long time, and i'm ready to get off and be heard.

You may think erasing your hateful threads so people see you as a victim on here will work, but people are smarter than that. You really are hilarious! It is so funny you think that because you posted with the screen name "realhipchick" that that makes you any less anonymous than myself. My whole point was that you shouldn't call people out for posting anonymous when you're really posting anonymous yourself. Posting with a different screen name each time doesn't make your reviews any more legit or make you any less fake. You honestly think I expected you to post your apt. #??? Buahahaha! Yes, it's quite obvious you're staff! No, I don't believe you suddenly decided to write a positive review out of nowhere when we've been without water for four days this week. Really? You expect people to believe that? Haha! Actually go ahead and make that 5 days this week as the water is now out again. Yes, it is now November 6th and the water is out yet again. And way to resort to name calling just because I challenged the integrity of your review... What a display of intelligence! I'm sure you're the one that posted all those "Shut your stinky behinds" comments. Such class! I am reposting my previous response to this to keep it in the thread: People aren't saying the water has been off 4 times this week - they're saying it's been off 4 days this week! Count it up - Saturday (Oct. 31), Sunday (Nov. 1), Wed (Nov. 4), and Thurs (Nov. 5) are all 4 days we have been without water! I'm sick of you staff members trolling this board to try & negate all the complaints by posting positive reviews. People know you are staff members because the average resident isn't going to come to this website unless they have a complaint. And no one is going to especially post a positive review when we've been without water for 4 DAYS THIS WEEK!!! Nice to try & slide the free month of rent in there for the holiday contest! SO NOT WORTH IT, FOLKS! Don't buy what these people are selling!
