After seeing someone tape a poster for everyone to post bad reviews about Falls on Bull Creek, I decided to write a review. But after reading some of these reviews, they seem one-sided and they seem to be written by either the same person or no more than 2 different people. That is not right.
Someone mentioned that they don't offer any of us any alternatives for in case the water goes out. But the truth is that they always have and still do offer us with a key to an apartment with water until they fix the issues.
I find it is completely OK to give a bad review when a bad review is due. But at least tell the whole story.

i don't know about you, but i didn't receive any kind of notification that a vacant apartment was available for us to shower in (and only during business hours, i might add) until the fourth day the water was out! and what kind of solution is that anyway? granted it is a small one but i work during business hours and what do i do about going to the bathroom? my toilets were disgusting and overflowed when i was finally able to flush them! i had to eat out every night because i couldn't wash my dishes. this has been an expensive ordeal for me every time the water has gone out! i have the notice they finally put on my door from yesterday (thursday) offering the shower solution and it was dated 11/05/09 when the water being out this week started on 10/31/09....... that's a long time for them to finally offer a meager solution! i actually went into the office on wednesday to ask what was going on and when they expected the water to be on, etc., but they didn't offer the solution of taking a shower in a vacant apartment then! they didn't even offer me an apology, but were rude and made smug faces at me like i was wasting their time. so i don't know why your "whole story" is different than the rest of us, but i know this apartment definitely gets an 'f' from me when it comes to customer service!
