after four days of no water, we finally get a solution!

on the fourth day of the water being out this week and after several complaints and bad reviews the falls apts finally issued an apology letter and offered the solution of taking a shower in a vacant apartment during business hours. that was three days too late for me! that solution should have been offered the very first day the water went out since the water has already been out so many times this year...... why didn't they offer this solution almost a year ago when all this mess with their plumbing first started happening! with as many times as the water has gone out in this place they ought to have an apology template made by now! what it comes down to is that the customer service is horrible here! when you file an official complaint in person the workers act put off and can't even offer a sorry to your face. i don't think people would be so mad if the office would have just done the right thing in the first place by offering a solution before people got mad four days later! when i went into complain the workers were not nice and did not act like they cared about the situation they're residents were in........ instead they acted annoyed with me! see i don't care if its the apartment's fault or not that the water is out for this long but i expect good customer service and communication when something like this happens... two thumbs down!
