So if you are looking for a low-key, spacious, modern, reasonably-rated apartment in the hills/aboretum area, this is the place. The noise is fairly under control, the neighbors are friendly and the pets are under control (no strays running amuck. I love it here; there is a minor glitch at the moment (pipe busted or something like that) but it's perfect for a workaholic bachelor such as myself.

Countless water outages in one year, and 5 days of no water in one week is a minor glitch? That's like calling Jaws a cute little guppy. It does help to be a workaholic if you live here, though. Yeah, I was actually glad to get up and go to work this past week so I could have a place with running water and flushing toilets.
