Hopefully you are an intelligent person that will be able to tell the difference between a real review and one that is complete BS written by the office staff. We've been without water for 5 days this week alone and I can guarntee that the problem isn't over as being without water is a situation we've had to deal with more than ten times in 2009. Anyone that claims they are ok with the plumbing situation here is completely full of it. If the staff would put the same energy into maintaing the grounds as they do with trying to maintain damage on this website, maybe this place wouldn't suck so bad! If you don't care about living in unsanitary conditions or living somewhere else just so you can take a shower, eat or use the toilet while paying rent here, then this is the place for you. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to those with children or health issues. This place seriously needs to be shut down.

I think you said it all. I'm still turning on the tap in the bathroom just to make sure we have water before I use the toilet so I know it's OK to flush!

I now turn on the water just to hear the water run and know that it is currently on for the moment....how sad is that.

I think they have they have the water thing fixed. Some discounted rent would've been nice.
