Unfortunately, I have lived here for almost a year now. I have frequently been without water, especially lately. The water has been off for excessive lengths with no warning. There have been numerous times that I have been unable to shower, flush my toilet, or just get a glass of water. The office staff has been made aware of this on every occasion. You may assume that they were quick to apologize,rectified the problem permanently, and/or discounted some rent. This assumption would be incorrect, as none of the reasonable solutions previously listed have been offered by the property management. It seems that the office staff is posting reviews on here, as common sense would tell you that happy residents are not likely trolling this site monitoring for unhappy tenants. I lived in Louisiana when Katrina hit and I had water more often then than I have in the past few weeks at his complex.
