If you care anything about your saftey or property, then stay away from the The Falls. There is absolutely no security and it must be advertised to every car thief in austin because they come nightly. Stereos, tools, cd's even wheels. So if you want to wake up every morning with the fear of walking out to a broken car window or your car on cinder blocks, then by all means live here!
The management walked right by use with with the police there and did nothing.
The maintenance staff have their hands tied because the management wont approve any repairs!!! Your better off living in your car, at least that way it won't get stolen.
