I have lived here for over two years now and it just gets worse. My building is sinking into the ground, literally. The landscaping is really only mud and trash, the office staff is horrible, and the only way to get things fixed is to call corporate. Parking is Horrible, the Courtsey officer they advertise is nonexistent, and high levels of crime. My electric bills were over $300 last DECEMBER, and during the summer they are over $200. The Office said it was my fault, I even called the AC manufacturer, and they said the unit was broken, the apt said no its not. The maintenance crew cant fix anything, all they ever do it drive around in their golf carts, and look busy. Stay far away from here.

yep, electric bills here are a nighmare!! its not ure fault, the insulation and the cracks in the buildings all contribute to the sky high bills..good luck
