Heed the negative reviews. I've lived here for a couple of years and the management now is worse, by far.
They do absolutely nothing about the rednecks and thugs that have parties that last past 4 am, squealing tires in the parking lot at 3am, throwing beer bottles off the balcony and even laughing at an older woman that pleaded with them to be quiet. Management does nothing except take your check. The walls are paper mache and coupled with the lack of security, loud, belligerent residents and neglect to fix anything, it's hell.
Also, there are a BUNCH of idiot ghetto thugs or trailer trash with pit bulls that are aggressive so if you have a dog that accidentally gets out, pray it doesn't get hurt by those trashy folks' dogs. They seem absolutely complacent that all kinds of loud, thuggish, ghetto or generally undesirable people are taking over. Good luck, but stay away from the falls.

I feel your pain. Bethany Properties and their faithful employees Dawn, Leticia and the other two idiots in the office are worthless.
