This is my honest opinion about the falls. The floor plan is really unique, the scenery is nice except for garbage and beer boxes mixed into the woods, and the price isn't bad honestly. However, you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls, paper thin. The office does absolutly nothing about it. From reading the posts i'm sure they get so many complaints about this that there is nothing they can do. Horrible buildings. My apartment is on a obvious slant and it feels like the floor isn't flat, its bumpy and goes up and down. The walls and ceilings all have patch marks where I believe they cut holes to repair damage from the racoons that you can hear walking/screaming/fighting somtimes in the ceiling. It looks so cheap. They tear up the duct work so your vents don't work in some rooms. We received a letter saying there was going to be a security guard after break-ins and I have yet to see him in the 4 or so months that he has been there. The stoves look silver and expensive/cool, but they are so old you can't even read the dials to set it to a certain temp. The staff hardly returns calls but they are always there to take your money. Reggee seams to be the only one there that tries to help and knows what he's doing. I was hoping for a nice quiet apartment to go home to after work but after a month here I was ready to move. I am in the process of looking for a new place. It definetly is NOT what it seams here. It is hard to get a decent nights sleep so if you work early, forget about it. Lastly don't bother calling the police because they get called out there a lot and they make you feel like you're annoying them. They won't do much to help you. If you are still thinking of moving here walk around and ask some people how they feel. Most people i've talked to here are nice decent people but they feel screwed over. Talking to actual tenants is the best way to get an honest opinion. Sorry falls but thats the truth!
