I lived there for 2 years and it was the nightmare that has been stated in other reviews.

There is a HUGE dog problem. I had a Doberman come after me one morning on my way to my car. They do NOT enforce the leash law at all! The problem was continually reported and still nothing was done. It did get somewhat better once I started delivering pictures to the office on a daily basis proving dogs were not on leashs. On the day I moved out I had a Great Dane come up...I told the owner the dog was supposed to be on a leash...they just shrugged. Said something to them later, told them I didnt want his dog to knock my 70 year old mother down...their response was whatever!

The floor in my dining room was on a downhill slant. Windows didn't open. The dryer vent hose was full of holes...took hours for clothes to dry. The air conditioner drained into the tub. The noise from the thin walls was horrible. Fortunately, the apt above me was vacant most of the time I was there...and I didn't have anyone on the other side of my bedroom.

I was fortunate not to have my car broken into...but it was scary having to walk downstairs at night getting to my apt.

There are bbq pits down by the creek...and fools would consitently light a pit, and then go back into their apt leaving the fire unattended. VERY DANGEROUS!!!!

Complaints to the office or Aimco were useless.

Do NOT move here!!!!!!

Do some looking...I found a MUCH larger apt with an attached garage for only 60 more a month than what they wanted to charge me for renewing my lease!! It pays to do some looking!!! These apartments aren't worth the money! PERIOD!!!

wow...this review and other were really helpful. I just looked at those apartments and honestly fell in love with the apartment...but then I come to find that there are incidences of dog attacks, rapes, car break-ins, assaults, prostitution...etc. I'm so glad we didn't sign the lease today. And yes...the positive comments do seem very suspicious. Thanks!
