I have lived here a year and I am moving out in 20 days. I cannot wait! I don't really know where to begin but please please don't waste your time here people. I don't know that i've seen prostitutes, but everything else I've read is true, loud neighbors, etc. Maintenance cannot fix a thing, A/C never works, no insulation, high electric bills, etc. The office staff is absolutly horrible. They will do nothing for you once you sign that lease. You will never be able to speak to a manager if you have a persistant problem because they are always busy with someone else supposedly and they wont call you if you request it. They are good at blowing you off. Please do yourself a favor and look around at other places. If you go to look take a look around and notice that a lot of people are moving out now. I think theres a reason...
