Bad:
1. sucky insulation= sky high electric bills
2. walls very thin---can hear everything your neighbor is doing.
3. floors are lumpy and uneven.
4. if you faced the parking lot like me, you have a lot of of dumbasses that drive through here with loud stereos blasting and idiots talking out of the balconies late at night.
5. people in office say they will call you back and dont do it.
6. not only is water on your bill but SEWER is as well. what does that mean to you' around $50 a month down the drain
Good:

1. Cool looking pool area
2. Nice floor plan (2 bdrm)
3. Closet space here is awesome especially in the master room and living room!!
4. Big balcony

But overall I say a big no. Im glad we are gone. The apt was not even ready when we first moved in as we had a ton of work orders. I was thinking, why wasnt this done before we moved in'

Also, INSIST on seeing an actual aparment and not their cutsie model. i made a big mistake in not insisting on seeing the place before we moved in. But, we trusted them....will never make that mistake again!!
