Okay here is the skinny on this place. Yes the management sucks, and the apartments are falling apart. My patio door frame is trapezoidal which has lead to interesting methods of filling up the triangular gap so all my AC doesnt escape. I still havent found the Asian brothel but I could afford them since my rent is low. $704 for 900 sqft. The views rock if you have a creek view apt, and the decks are huge.
On the bad side, the walls and floors are super thin. The sinks appear to have been designed for Oompa-Loompas. Dead animals are always easily found by the creek, as well as homeless people sleeping under the buildings or bathing in the creek. Plus cars get broken into on a daily basis. We now have 2 APD night cops that run people out of the pool instead of guarding the parking lot.
On a good note the pool area rocks when the hot tub does not smell like urine. The arbor and whole foods is only a mile away and theres a ton of greenbelt hiking trails within walking distance. And an Asian Brothel if you can find it.
