1. Like the person said before my electric bill is over $250.00 a month for a two bedroom.

2. Our porch is so rotten that nails are coming up trough the wood. I am afraid to walk on it for fear of falling trough or getting a nail stuck in my foot.

3. Parking really sucks.

4. The pool area is nice if you don't look at the rotten wood and the paint chipping everywhere. The hot tub smells awful all the time and half of the time doesn't work.

5. My water bill is also over $50.00 a month and I don't know how.

6. We have critters living in our crawl space. When we are trying to sleep we can hear them crawling around and it is scary.

7. When we moved in our carpet was nasty.

8. Our apartment was flooded when hoses busted in the apartment above. They came in pulled up the carpet, removed part of the padding, put air blowers down for days (at our expense electric bill), then came back and put thinner padding down and put the old carpet back on top.

9. I pointed out to maintinence that the carpet had shrunk and was coming away form the walls. They have done nothing to replace it.

10. The closet doors are always falling off, and if I request for maintenance it takes days. So I just fix it myself.

11. Our neighbor finally moved out that had parties all the time.

12. I have been in a few other units and they have new stoves and range top microwaves. My unit has a stove that is as old as I am and a hole where the built in range top microwave used to be. They just bought a cheap microwave and sat it in there. The model apartment was very misleading.

13. They only good thing is the cool parties the staff throw. They are all pretty nice in the office. But instead of spending so much money on parties I would rather them do repairs.....the POOL and PORCHES need it most.
