The last two positive comments were rumored to have been written by the apartment staff. I have lived here for a little over a year and have loathed the situation about half the time. Bottom line the buildings are falling apart. The porches are rotting, the floors buckle when you you walk, and the new energy company they use multiply your hot water usage by 5. So if you wnat to take a nice hot shower...remember here you are taking 5 at once. My last water bill was $75. The walls are super thin so no heat or cool is retained. august electric bill for 900 sqft = $220. The last place I lived the highest bill ever was $70 bucks. The newest low point is people have been peeing off their porches on the side that faces the woods. Very classy!!! Managment is awful. They smile and pass the buck or claim they will address the issue and never do. As far as the Asian Brothel...I never found it, but it would add to the class this place has. The Falls of Bull Creek are Dauntes eigth circle of hell. Good Luck if you are moving here.

Please take this persons review seriously. I lived here before and the water bill described above is no lie!! They will eat you up. Also correct about the electric bill. There is very poor insulation in these apartments.
