I was all set to move in here--even to the extent that I had put down a deposit and paid the app fee. But after reading these reviews I completely bailed out. Rodents in the walls and sinking apartments and brothels'! I am so glad this site exists so that you all could save me from the hell I would most likely endure. I should also mention that the apartment manager Rosie was compeltely sketchy and freaky looking. She even tried to intimidate me by saying that they were at a 90 percent occopancy rate. No Thank you!

yeah, that's the only consolation from living there, at least we can warn off other potential victims.
