I lived here with a roommate about four years ago and FINALLY got myself out of debt collectors because of this apartment complex overcharging me and then REFUSING to listen to how they F-d up. When we moved in, first of all, they overcharged our rent by 20 dollars. Then they added the same water bills more than once, forgot to add in referrals, wrote the wrong things on our lease contract (after we signed than looked closer) and finally, the best part, is when I tried to sit down with the idiot manager, he refused to speak to me. They put my case in collectors hands and hounded me for years, then they hounded my family until finally I had to swallow my pride and frusteration and pay up. EVEN though, in the end, they were completely to blame. And it's a shame too because I loved living there for the most part...until my across the street neighbor began stalking me..but that's another story. Just be careful and read the lease over VERY carefully and check your statements to make sure they don't add things!
