So here's the deal... I'm a single mom and I have a 2 yr old daughter. I havent' even moved in and I'm already having problems with the management!! I was moving in with a roommate who was already approved, I was told that I needed to come in and pay the $35.00 application fee so that they could run my criminal background. So I'm thinking.. .This might be ok after all, they are at least checking backgrounds. (I had already read all the reviews here and had a bad feeling) I should have gone with my gut feeling after reading the reviews!! I go to fill out the app on Monday and was told by the guy in the office that they have instant approval so they will be calling me back that afternoon to confirm when we can get the keys (mind you my roommate has already been approved and was going to be moving in Saturday) I never hear anything on Monday, Tuesday is a holiday so I call Wednesday am to see what's going on. I am told by the guy in the office that everything is good to go, we can pick up keys on Saturday; they open at 9:00am. SO... Me being excited, give my landlord notice b/c he has a waiting list of tenants. He tells me that's great he has people that can move in the following Monday. THEN I get a call from a lady in the office saying that they have bad news and I can't move in'''' I'm thinking to myself... I've never even been arrested, only have 1 speeding ticket... what's going on' She then tells me that they ran my credit report and because of this I can't move in. I ask her why I was told the day before that I could pick up my keys on Saturday''' OF COURSE.. she doesn't know. I tell her I want to speak to a Manager and she says that she will call them and will call me right back. So she does call right back saying that a manager will call me first thing in the morning. So.. It's FRIDAY now, I'm supposed to be moving TOMORROW!!! It's NOON and I STILL have not heard from ANYONE! So I call her and she tells me that she did me a COURTESY by EMAILING him a message to call me, AND she doesn't know when he will call me back. When asked WHY she told me yesterday that he would call me first thing in the morning... she tells me again that she did me a COURTSEY and emailed him to call me. When I ask her what my 2yr old and I are supposed to do now that we have no place to live''', she tells me it's not her problem!! I've called the management company and was told my their Rental Relations department that they would look into it and call me back. I'll update this later today and let you guys know if they did call but from the looks of the other reviews left here, I won't hear from anyone. I really can't rate anything but the office staff since I haven't even lived there but those are just based on what I was shown/saw. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
