I live here right now and the place is falling apart. I did renew my lease only because i am getting married a month before my old lease is up and could not afford to move. So let me tell you about this dump the sub floors are breaking apart the tile in the bath tub is coming off and it takes and act off god to get anyone to fix it. There people breaking into cars here all the time here and they do nothing. The electric bills are over 100 dollars during any time of the year and so is the water bill. They use a multipier to figure your bill. I'll Let them tell you about it is a joke. This Place is Crap
