The previous two reviews are almost identical in verse so it seems to me, no longer a resident BTW, that they are trying to do some damage control. Does anyone else notice the disclaimer about the dog in both, the mention of the new appliances and remodels and how you should treat management with respect'

If the treatment I received were average, I'd still be there. The Marquis at Ladera Vista offers about the same price for a much nicer complex so I moved over here. Oh, it's near the Arboretum and you don't have to deal with the U-turn on Cap. Hwy. I know about that one, did it for 3.5 years.

Obviously? I guess the management has all the time in the world to sit around and write false reviews about this complex. Lord knows they aren't doing anything else.
