GET THIS STRAIGHT!! If you live here, your car will get broken into... it's that simple. If you don't mind shelling out your car insurance deductible every other month, then go ahead and move in.

To heck with the vehicle break-ins. Try your apartment two times in less than 7 months.

I used to work at the fall so I have first hand knowledge of what goes on there. First, 99% of the time when your apartment gets broken into it is someone who knows you, especially at a property as large as that one. The chances of someone randomly picking out an apartment to break into twice are pretty low. As far as car break-in???s go that property is not any worse than most properties. Most apartment properties (even class A properties) have break-in???s. FYI If you are paying a deductible more than once a year you were not very wise in choosing your car insurance company. But, what more can be expected from some one who chose LSU to be their Alma mater.

Before you start picking on schools, maybe you should attend one... MAINTENANCE GUY! Let me ask you this... what insurance companies do not make you pay more than one deductible a year if you have a claim?

I very recently visited The Falls on Bull Creek and was excited about my move to the complex but now after reading these reviews by many former tenants, I will NOT be leasing an apartment at this place.
