Yep, rats and raccoons big as small dogs barrel across the ceilings and through the walls at 3am! They chew up the vents to get at the AC and Heat, your electricity bills for a two bedroom will run you around 300 a month because of it! Poor insulation and badly collapsing buildings add to the charm, nothing like saying a little prayer before taking a bath that the shifting floors will hold the weight!
The "Demo" model must be a demo for somewhere else, because it isn't here! Car break-ins, forced entry assault... gotta love the crime!
Courtesy officer is a joke, we've never seen the dude. Poorly lit parking lots, not enough parking, get home by six or you'll be walking across the massive complex in the dark.
Maintence really does think that everything can be fixed with caulk and killz. Mould Mildew, crumbling drywall, leaking ceilings, sagging floors.
Gotta love living here. Though the building was just sold so maybe the new owners will fix it up. So far they've landscaped, put out balloons and signs advertising "luxury living" we're still waiting for the Luxury part. In the meantime we're looking to buy a house as far away from this mess as possible.
Unless you're really broke, or have lived in govt housing before, Stay AWAY!!!!!

I agree 110%!! We can't get them to get rid of the squirrels living in the crawl space above the bed. Real nice to get woke up 2 -3 times every night listening to them scrambling around.
