My husband and I lived here for 2 years. This was our first apt after we got married and we absolutly loved it here. It was a dog friendly community, and we really liked our neighbors. I know some people had problem with their electric bills, but we had a 2/2 and our electric bill was never over $120/month. We would never have left this place, but a new managment company came in and jacked up the prices. The views are amazing and it is really central..a great location. The new managment company kinda sucks. That would be one of my only complaints. The property manager tried to change our rent to over $200 a month on renewal. He really was not willing to work with us. But if you have the money to pay..this really is a great property. The only other draw back is if it ices in the winter..you are screwed. This past winter we were stuck in our apt for 4 day becasue of the HUGE hills in this complex. Good LUCK!

I agree about the new management and raising the rent to an unreasonable amount. All for some crappy paint on the outside. Where is my maid and butler? Should have left it like it was...nice and reasonable.
