I have been living at the falls for 4 years now and my lease is up at the end of October and I can't wait to leave this place. The first two to three years we pretty good, but now since Bethany group took over it is a mess. It takes days to get a repair done and the office staff don't know what they are doing and don't care. I have never seen or met the new manager and they have cut back from 5 staff on the gounds to 2, how can they get the repairs done if they are under staff. My building is falling apart and they came in and think that painting the outside is going to making a difference. I have several cracks in the appartment and my cealing in my bathroom is fall down from a leak which happened about one month ago and they still have not come to fix it. But they cross the line with me yesterday when they delivered a washer and dryer 4 days late and trapped my 24 weeks old puppy behind the washer. I went to the office to complain and the two females in the office never said i'm sorry or anything. This place and these people are a mess....don't do it.
