We have been very satisfied with their resident service. The management team have been most helpful, courteous, prompt on addressing our issues. We have lived here since the end of November 2007. One of us has multiple disabilities, we were shown a unit with easy access, parking, etc. We took the first one that was recommended by the management team, as they listened to our needs first. We definately will recommend this rental community to others. We have had several family members from out of state and out of town visit here. Our family members all say the same "Great views, good parking, management is very polite and friendly, the unit is well maintained." We all know there are people in our society that couldn't be happy, or choose not to be happy, no matter where they might be living, and write negatives about whatever and whenever.

Everyone's experiences will never be the same as the next person and are entitled to their own opinions. I wonder why some people have to always attack someone they don't know personally. You know nothing about me. So please keep your personal comments to yourself. I have been living here since 2003 and there has been many changes some good and some bad and also many experiences some good and some bad. I obviously like the great view, that is one of the reasons I'm still here. Give your review and shut the hell up!

Why are you so focused on what other tenants have written? Your implication that only an unhappy or negative person would write a negative review of The Falls leads me to believe that you are an employee of the leasing company. If you aren't management, one could speculate that since "one of us has multiple disabilities", preferential treatment was provided by the office out of fear of litigation... but that would be an ignorant assumption. You're either management or off your meds. Thanks for the entertaining review.

Wow. Look at the statistical trend in all the other postings compared to this one. Obviously an 'outlier' meaning it is irrelevant and most likely added by the staff. Seriously, a 5 rating? You've got to be kidding...a 2 at best. Only the gullable would see the one 5 rating out of all the 1 ratings.

I recently moved to The Falls and, so far so good. I actually spoke with several residents and many have been living here for more than 3 years. Most of them are very happy, with a couple complaining about excessive dogs barking. Other than that they said they loved the area and, have had no problems with anything. We shall wait and see but my roommate and I are loving it very much.
