Not a bad place to live

Before moving in to the Falls I'd spent a fair amount of time there. It seems at least 10 people I know have lived or do live there.
Personally, I'm in a unit that hasn't been remodeled yet but it's still great for the price. The remodeled units are totally amazing! Due to the location of our unit, we've got practically a private parking area and face Bull Creek. I've met a few of my neighbors and everyone is polite. The office staff can be a bit ... lame at times, but overall they're responsive to service requests and generally get my packages to me in a timely manner.
The pool could be bigger/deeper (only 5ft at deepest) and they seem to have an ongoing problem with the hot tub, but for the price and location it really can't be beat. The walk from certain parts of the complex to the pool can be a bit sketchy due to the layout and shrubbery, but most tenants are aware and tend to be careful when driving that particular route.
My brother (who's also my roommate) works at the Arboretum so our monthly rent reflects a slight discount for Arboretum employees.

I would recommend this place to someone who is deaf and without a car. Here's why: You can hear every one of your neighbors! The floors squeak and at times I thought the guy upstairs was going to actually come thru the roof. A deaf person would not hear this. As for the car, your car WILL get broken into. In summary, if your deaf AND without car I would recommend this place to you!
