've lived here for a year now and won't be renewing the lease!!! Mark my words, your electricity bill will be like 340 dollars! Maintenance will never fix it. Whether its heat or ac in the summer, the unit just runs and runs. In the summer the place will never get below 80 and in the winter it well never heat above 70...and it will run all day and not shut itself off...total bs...
Second big issue! You pay for a hot tub. Last winter it was broken all winter and the office staff just lie to your face. "theres a hard to find part, backorder, etc." Of course they have no idea what part it is, etc...One resident threatened to sue them last winter. Well the damn thing has been broken since about November 1st, and guess what. Went in there today and heard the same complete lies...Impossible to find part. Yeah right. This place ought to be condemned total slum...OH AND WE HAVE A FAMILY OF RACCOONS that lives in our ac/heating vents. You can see their faces at night in the vents...kind of scary at first then kind of cute!!! IF YOU'RE A ZOOLOGIST!!!! DAMN this place and the money I've wasted here...
