This place is a dump...always broken, always infested...amenities, pool, hot tub, don't work...blah blah...give me my rent back...one high point...the maintenance guys are awesome! Even though they are making do the best they can. OK so the reason the hot tub is broken, this complex is behind in their payments to several hot tub repair complexes...and nobody will come out to fix it...sweet!!! Maybe our rent is going to fuel a cartel in Mexico...slum.
