Falls on Bull Creek should be leveled. From the constant water main brakes, days without water, to the perpetually broken pool and hot tub, to the dog crap piling up everwhere else, this place is a mess. The staff is incompetant beyond even George Bush standards. The previous reviewer stated they owned an Audi. This complex has not one Audi in it...in fact most of the cars are in the $489 dollar police repo class, being raced around the parking lot at 3 am with music blaring...The actual units are impossible to heat or cool, no insolation, holes in the ducts, etc. Many of the residents see electricity bills that rival 3000 sqauare foot houses cooled to 70 degress. Seriously, you will not be able to get your apartment below 80 in the Summer. The cabinents are rotten and infested. One of the bathrooms in my place, a two bath, has been under water for 6 months and nobody seems to be able to fix it. Hoardes of wild cats roam the place...If you see a positive review it was likely written by the staff...The one bright note is the fact that you can essentially throw beer cans and other garbage off the balcony without people noticing, as the landscaping is a mulch of cigarette butts and refuse. Additionally, the pool on weekends (when it rarely works) attracts all kinds of undesirable riff raff usually good for some domestic disturbances, high entertainment.

Yes, the electric bill situation sounds like when I was there from 2003 - 2006 however the rest sounds like it has gone very far downhill since the new owners took control in late '06. It was once a very nice community. Sad.

this is very true i had multiple water leaks that ended up in them having to tear out my walls. then the idiots forgot they did it and took forever to patch it up. there is no insulation like you said cause my apt is never comfortable. and the fact that cars keep getting their windows bashed out by stupid kids. they don't steal anything they just like to cause the destruction. i cant wait to get out of here!
