This place is a dump. The managment writes all the positive reviews. Don't be fooled. The hot tub is permanently broken. These guys can't afford to fix it, much less pay their maintenance staff. A lot of the residents and traffic through here looks straight out of Camden New Jersey...
The maintenance staff is pretty good, but lack funding to fix things. This place is broke, sliding into the creek, etc...I highly suggest High Oaks up the road, everything works well there, nicer parking and traffic situation...
Ridiculous. The last reviewer is obviously apartment management making a thinly veiled threat concerning giving 30 day notice...Good thing it has been done well before that and appropriate copies on my end made...charge me another month rent and you'll be in court on the line for a lot more than that...you being the them,,,get it' The falls at bull creek does have trees. This place is up a creek...slum lord owners, inept staff.
When the water runs we have water. When the electricity works we have huge bills...common...what a joke...How hard is it to run an apartment complex' Does it require a PhD' Seems other places are doing fine, which I will move to in 30 days...

I believe it is a 60 day notice unless things changed so beware.

Sorry, but I wrote the last review and I don't even live in Texas anymore and for the 6 months that I did I never worked for any apartment complex.
