Instead of getting my deposits back when I moved out I got a letter saying I owed them $77.62 for a missing microwave tray and a notice that told me if I wanted my deposits back I would have to file a claim with the bankruptcy court because their parent company has filed chapter 11. So If you enjoy having hundreds of dollars in deposits stolen while simultaneously being charged $80 for an 8" piece of glass that you can probably get at walmart for $5 then by all means rent here. They refuse to fix broken lighting in the lots or hire private security even though the mailboxes and cars get broken into all the time. Mine was broken into once and over the course of nine months I probably noticed 8-10 cars that had been broken into in my small section of the complex, there is no telling how many in total were. Also, don't count on being able to do any laundry regularly in their laundry room. Out of the 4 washers and dryers for the entire complex only one of each ever worked and you would have to run the dryer twice to get your clothes dry.

my car was broken into also. and nothing stolen. it seems its some kid or someone with no life that enjoys breaking windows out of car of people who work really hard for their stuff. i started walking around at night with my gun and if i catch the bastards then i will put a bullet in them.
