Never fixed my maintenance problem.

My apartment developed a critical maintenance problem.
Whenever the people above me took a shower, it would sound like someone was hammering a nail in my apartment. I would be woken up at six in the morning, every morning, and couldn't even drown out the noise with earplugs.
I asked them to fix it, nicely.
A few days later, I asked them to fix it assertively.
A few days later, I asked them to fix it angrily.
Two weeks went by. Thank god my lease was up for renewal. I gave them my 30 days, lived with that awful racket for one more month, and left.
I imagine they still have yet to fix it. Apparently it would cost more to deal with the expanding pipes than my rent was worth.
If you plan on moving there, realize that in all likelihood, you could be getting my apartment. You could be signing an 8 month lease on a place that is simply unlivable.
I wouldn't do it. I don't think anyone should ever buy an apartment at the Falls on Bull Creek. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
