Let me start off by saying that the water has been turned off at least 8 or more times this past year & we have often gone days before it was turned back on!!! The water was turned off again yesterday. Now it is noon the next day & we're still without water... Go figure. What really makes me angry is that apartment management definitely knew ahead of time that the water was going to be turned off & didn't inform all the residents! I luckily found out the water was going to be turned off several hours beforehand by a courteous neighbor only because she happened to go into the office yesterday. I think it is illegal for them to know something like this & not give prior notice to every resident (& if it isn't illegal then it should be)!!! If they knew beforehand that the water was going to be turned off then why didn't they put a notice on everyone's door''' If I found out about it 4 hours beforehand, so they obviously knew about the situation a lot longer than that... 4 hours is more than enough time to walk around the complex & put notices on everyone's door!

While I was lucky enough to get notice so that I could fill some pots with water, that pot of water is not enough to wash my halloween make-up off or flush my toilets with. I can't even go out into public because I have dyed green hair & blood spray all over my face & body. Eff you, Falls on Bull Creek!!! I want to take a shower & still haven't seen anyone come out to work on the water lines yet!

i to had to go to work this morning with no water. when i got up at 3 this morning there was no water. i was home at 12 noon and they were just starting to work on it and now its 8 at night and still no water. i too also plan on not being here longer than i have to be.

The Falls on Bull Creek Apt complex has become my nightmare of an apt complex. I fell in love with it being close to the creek and tons of foliage and spacious apts. but now the place is literally falling apart and mold is overgrown in several apts. But the issue at hand is the water being out. I have live here almost 3 yrs it has always happened 2 or 3 times a yr which was a minor inconvenience. but this yr so far it has happened 8 times and twice within this week (meaning I had no water when I woke up this morning at 6am). and it??s not so much the water being out that is upsetting, I understand we live on an incline and it happens when we get a big rain and the soil slides, It's that instead of spending the money to get the city out there to get it fixed they hire some rinky dink company to come tinker with it and they don??t get it fixed within a reasonable time frame. If the water goes out, it will be out for at least a day, but i have seen it be out for 2 or 3 days at a time. for instance last month when it was out the entire weekend. when you try to call the office, no one will pick up the phone and instead it goes to a recording that states, " please do not call maintenance bc the water is out. we are aware as a main line has busted. we will probably have it fixed by tomorrow".... No one that works there can say when it will be fixed nor are they any help with trying to get reimbursed for money spent on gallons of water, laundry done at laundry mat, some have even tried to get reimbursed or money knocked off the rent for spending money for having to stay in a hotel bc they don??t when the water will be back on. there are new mothers, elderly, as well as many pets in this apt complex. the Bethany group has filed bankruptcy so I don??t even know who owns the complex anymore but something needs to be done, and if it contacting yall will be the nudge they need to get on the ball and cough up the extra cash to get it fixed then so be it. here is a link that several people have posted comments or reviews of what??s going on. and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me. You should be investing your time and energy in finding a plece to take a shower, maybe that will help you to get rid of all the anger that you stinky people have... Remember life is to short to be mad over this silly situation there are people in this world without drinking water nor less to take showers. You should feel bless that you can go to the store and get water or call a friend and asked them to let you take a shower at their place..
