This place is a mess and they are currently going through Bankruptcy so you can kiss your deposit goodbye. I lived on the second floor and had the misfortune of having incredibly loud neighbors upstairs. They kept us up all hours of the night with their stomping around. We complained to the office and they did nothing. But when the neighbors decided to complain about us (they said we had music on but we dident even have a tv on) the office made sure to call us a give us a warning. There was bugs in our apt all the time. My vent in my bathroom fell though the ceiling b/c the A/C had been leaking in to the ceiling. I took pictures to the office and the office staff said it was just mildew, they promised that it would be cleaned. They dident clean any of our vents and they did not even re-paint the ceiling once they put the vent back. Dont live here the cheap rent in not worth it!
