I lived in these apartments for almost two years. I had many problems. The manager, -----, is slow to respond to repair requests. The laundry facilities are out of order more than they are working. The pool has never been emptied and really cleaned. The building is completely falling apart and the repairs are just quick fixes that don't actually fix anything, just patch it over. The place is a haven for vandalism. There have been no attempts to cover up graffiti.
----- is not only slow to respond to requests, she is also unethical. She tells tenants information about other tenants that is private. For example, when one tenant was evicted for failing to pay rent, she literally went door to door telling people. She also discusses people's personal business with any tenant who is willing to listen.
The people who live there are creepy too. Several look like serious drug addicts.
Worst part about these apartments' Cockroaches. Infestations in almost every apartment I went in, yet never once saw an exterminator come by to spray. Disgusting.

Hmmmmm. I am not sure where this person is coming from regarding her/his stay at Fashion Aire. I have lived here for over two years and never had problems. Washers and dryers do break, but are fixed when I notify management. The pool is always clean- a contractor comes out weekly to clean it. The building is not falling apart- not sure what she/he means by that. There was some graffiti a couple of months ago- first time I noticed that since living here- and was quickly painted over. The manager ----- is not slow on requests nor unethical. In fact, she is quite helpful, available by phone or in person for info, complaints, and what have you. She goes out of her way for the residents of this community. Regarding the comment this individual made about her/his neighbors looking like drug addicts and they look "creepy" smacks of bitterness. The neighbors I encounter everyday are pleasant, polite people who don't creep me out or strike me as addicts- they are ordinary people who work and come home to enjoy there home. Roaches- haven't seen one yet. Again, a bitter rant from a bitter person. I highly recommend Fashion Aire Apts. for anyone. Working in the criminal justice system, I have never felt safer, more comfortable, and relaxed living on this property. Summers by and in the crystal blue pool on site are beyond relaxing. Thank you ----- and the management company that employs her.
