I have lived at the Fiesta Place Apartments off and on for eleven years. The manager, Bonnie, has been here that long as well except for a brief time off. She is a highly professional and caring manager who truly respects our privacy. She never enters an apartment that she does not leave a note that she has done so. Any maintenance problems are dealt with promptly. She bends over backwards to please residents, and she is a great manager! We love our Bonnie!

The grounds are beautiful and very well-maintained, including the laundry room. The pool is always sparkling clean. The apartments are located in historic Hyde Park with all the charm and class that goes with the area. We do not have the amenities of a 'shiny' apartment complex, but we do have a really close community, efficient management and a sterling setting, the kind of amenities that really count!

A number of us have lived here for many years, and we truly are like family. I would not live anywhere else. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone if you are lucky enough to find one vacant! People who move in rarely move out ..

***SPECIAL NOTE TO THE "PROBLEM/ANGRY/DISGRUNTLED" RESIDENT: So...who's GOSSIPING? (hint: look in the mirror!) QUOTE "Well, unfortunately I have to say that the neighbor who (the poster "alleged") told me that the manager constantly spies on all the residents is now scared she is going to somehow get evicted...the woman is just really intimidated by the manager and has bad credit so she can't rent anywhere else." This is AGAIN misinformation (lies/gossip, nasty, nasty!!). Perchance this type of "misinformer" would slander (or, maybe in a kinder vein, has no conception of...) her own MOM!!
