I have lived at fiesta place since 2000 and have stayed here for many reasons one of which how the complex is run and managed. Our manger was compelled to leave to help a relative a couple of years ago and was sorely missed. I for one was very happy she wasable to return to Fiesta Place not only as a neighbor but again as our mgr. Acusations now posted on the i-net not only do not fit but are untrue and flat out lies. All of us that have paid rent here for years have done so and stayed happily w/out compliants for many reasons one of which is our mgr. She takes pride in her work and even goes out of her way to insure any issue is taken care of in an orederly and timely fassion. Gossip/huh. I again, have been here long enough to see people come and go. Good luck disgruntled one. We will get over your childish remarks about our community and our manager and will be able to eventually forget this. I am afraid however you will have to live with this and your self for the rest of your life...GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

Fiesta Place has a high contingency of long-term residents and ???returning residents???, which is a commendation in itself. The management probably listens to gossip, as there is a cordial and friendly bond between residents and staff, so the management is most likely informed of lots of unnecessary, and uninteresting details of day-to-day life. (LOL!...we're all like ???old friends??? and family here.) However, the management staff is professional and discrete. Also, I take offense at the insinuation that that the management ???spies??? on the residents, as they make it a point to NOT interfere with the privacy of the residents' dwelling place. This misinformation blatantly damages the conscientiously constructed sense of trust Fiesta Place maintains with their residents.
