I am a former resident that just recently moved out a couple of weeks ago, and when I ran across the negative review, I couldn't believe it. As someone else mentioned, Bonnie bends over backwards to accomodate whatever needs we may have. Many residents have moved out for reasons unrelated to the apartment, only to come back shortly after. The location is amazing, rates are very very affordable for Hyde Park and honestly, the management could not be better. She is willing to work with you if there is a rough situation financially. The maintainence is always on point and they NEVER enter without leaving a note that they have been there. All issues were resolved within 24 hours. Most of the time, I got a call saying that they would be entering.
I have never had any complaints about Fiesta Place and miss not only the apartments, but also the residents and Ms. Bonnie dearly. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone, if they can find an open one which is very rare. Most of the residents have been there for YEARS as in 5 or more. That speaks truer for the quality of both the apartments and the management than the lies that a previous resident had made up. Look at the facts honey.

In the past the apartment property was able to sometimes include the electric bill with the rent on one and two bedroom apartments in order to facilitate a resident that perhaps had an "issue" with Austin Electric. They do not do that anymore. However, the efficiency apartments are "All Bills Paid" (includes electric!!).
